"Arbitrate Or Litigate: A Practical Perspective" with Robert Holt QC

Robert Holt QC specialises in major construction and mining infrastructure litigation, both at first instances and on Appeal. 

Robert also appears in major arbitrations (both representing parties and as an arbitrator) and has been recognised in Doyle's as pre-eminent Silk in the area of construction law and Best Lawyers in Australian Peer Review for the years 2009 to 2015. 

Robert is a QC, an IAMA Grade 1 Arbitrator, a Chartered Arbitrator (with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators) and a fellow of ACICA (the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration).  

Robert was admitted as a solicitor in 1973, called to the Queensland Bar in 1978 and appointed as Senior Counsel in 1995.
